General Terms

• All prices are nett, unless otherwise stated.
• Promotions cannot be combined with any other promotions or discounts. Where multiple promotions apply, the highest applicable discount will prevail.
• All promotions are subject to availability and may be amended or withdrawn without prior notice.
  

Corporate & Bulk Order Terms

• Corporate & Bulk Orders must be confirmed with the required deposit to secure promotional pricing and production slots.
• Orders must be placed and the deposit received by 15 August 2026.
• A lead time of at least 14 days is required for logo submission and greeting card production before the requested collection or delivery date.
  

Order & Delivery

• Mooncakes are available for self-collection and delivery from 2 – 25 September 2026.
• A lead time of 3 working days is required to prepare your orders, except for Corporate & Bulk Orders with customisation.
• Self-collection is available at WOK°15 Kitchen from Tuesday to Sunday, 11.30am – 9pm.
• A delivery fee of S$50 nett per delivery location applies to all orders, except Corporate & Bulk Orders of 20 boxes or more.
• For orders with multiple delivery locations, the delivery fee will be charged for each delivery location.
• Delivery is available within mainland Singapore only.
